Product Description

Thoughtful Hearts are hand-crafted, 6" x 6" keepsakes made of either 100% cotton or polyester-cotton blend fabric. They are softly filled with premium hypo-allergenic polyester fiberfil. A color-coordinated ribbon of grosgrain or silk is attached so you can display your Thoughtful Heart.

Because fabric designs vary, no two hearts are the same: this makes each Thoughtful Heart unique. We are always working on new collections, so please visit our site often.

Thoughtful Hearts are hand-crafted in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

These fabric hearts are created as decorative accents, not intended as a toy.

Packaging

All Thoughtful Hearts are gift wrapped for presentation, whether you are selecting a heart for yourself or having us mail it to another person.

The Thoughtful Heart includes a gift card attached with ribbon or raffia. You may choose to include a printed or hand-written message on a gift card. The heart will be neatly wrapped in color-coordinated tissue paper and a clear cellophane sheet, and enclosed in a sturdy white shipping box.

Shipping

A flat shipping rate of $1.75 will be charged per order. Orders over $25 ship for FREE.

Each order may be shipped to only one address. To ship items to multiple addresses, complete an order for each address and specify the shipping address for each order in Google Checkout.

If you are sending your order to someone else as a gift, be sure to enter a distinct shipping address when you are checking out.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail on the first business day following payment. Delivery takes 2-4 business days to arrive. A delivery confirmation will be provided, which includes the confirmation number and date of shipment.

We are currently not shipping to military addresses because of USPS complications. We suggest providing us with your address so you can then ship items to a military address.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Any package that is returned due to incorrect shipping information will not be refunded.

Returns

We accept returns on items in their original condition if the return is requested within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are for the purchase price only, not shipping and handling. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To return an item:

First, contact us at support@thoughtfulhearts.com or request a return in your Google Checkout account, being sure to state the reason for your return; do not return items without contacting us first.

Once you receive an email reply from us approving your return request, ship the item to the address shown on the packing slip.

Please include either a copy of the packing slip or your Google Checkout receipt with your return so that we can reference your order.

Once we receive the item, we will refund your credit card for the value of the item(s) returned (but not for the shipping).

Custom orders are not refundable.
